Alberta’s Dr. Deena Hinshaw apologized Monday for the anxiety and confusion caused by a public health order issued over the weekend, spelling out that schools do not have to ensure two-metres of spacing when students, staff or visitors are seated at desks or tables. Tom Vernon explains.
